Our Team and How We Work:
We are a couple (literally) with two very different backgrounds. One of us specialises in sales, leads and talent sourcing, and the other focuses on using psychological methods and AI to confirm our choices of candidates for your organisation. The two go hand in hand and create the best solutions for you.

Submit application to one of the open vacancies or connect with us on Linkedin. We ask for a short video or voice note rather than a cover letter for the role you apply for.

Online Interview
If we think you’ll be a good fit for the role, you’ll receive a link to the Online Interview. Alternatively we may have other vacancies you may be interested in, so we may contact you to discuss those.
3.
Interview
After passing the Online Interview, you’ll be invited to join the organisation leader to complete the process of your placement.
